Bunker Stake S.L. provides exclusively technical and technological services relating to blockchain infrastructure, validator nodes and services associated with staking.
No custody
Bunker Stake S.L. does not provide custody or management services for crypto-assets on behalf of third parties.
In particular, Bunker Stake S.L.:
- does not access private keys, seed phrases or signing credentials,
- does not control the client's wallets, addresses or digital assets,
- cannot dispose of, transfer, freeze or move crypto-assets owned by the client.
Client responsibility
The client retains exclusive control over their wallets, keys, credentials and digital assets at all times.
Furthermore, the client is responsible for their operational decisions, including delegation, allocation and participation in blockchain protocols or networks.
Scope of the service
The services provided by Bunker Stake S.L. do not constitute:
- investment services,
- financial, tax or legal advice,
- portfolio management,
- the receipt or execution of orders on behalf of third parties,
- intermediation in transactions involving crypto-assets.
Bunker Stake S.L. acts solely as a provider of technological infrastructure and technical support.
Risks
Participation in blockchain networks and staking mechanisms involves technological, operational, regulatory, market and protocol risks.
Bunker Stake S.L. does not guarantee:
- profitability,
- rewards,
- the absence of slashing,
- uninterrupted continuity of service,
- specific financial results.
